Life saver walking aid

After a foot operation, I was too weak to use crutches but was able to be somewhat independent with this walker. I have never used a walker before, but I am a disaster-happening on crutches, so this walker has kept me from falling and injuring myself. I have a knee walker that I use for getting around, but the Guardian walker is a real life saver, allowing me to move around in smaller rooms, as in the bathroom.
It is well constructed and sturdy, but light enough for me to move it easily. I love it and recommend it.

A Sturdy Walker

I used this walker many times over the last 8 years as the result of a broken hip (twice) and a fractured femur. I'm not unlucky, just clumsy. I found it to be very stable and reliable compared to the types that have wheels. I never really felt comfortable with the wheels because I tought the thing might slip out from under me. It's a snap to fold up and store out of the way when not in use. And the price listed is very good, I've seen these advertised at $69 - $89.
