Simply Saline Nasal Moist Gel

If you're reading this, you've probably had problems with colds or sinus infections. I've had several docs tell me that dry sinus passages contribute significantly to both conditions. They've suggested saline spray to keep my nose lubricated, particularly in the wintertime when heat is generally drying. I've used Simply Saline spray for a number of years. The last time I picked up a bottle, I noticed the gel and decided to give it a try. The gel really does lubricate your nose and it lasts for quite a while. I apply it by moistening a Q-tip with the gel and sticking the Q-tip up my nose. Sounds gross, but it works. My only issue is that I wish they'd figure a way to get me a single dose of the gel.
