Seat Mate Sloping Coccyx Cushion

The cushion arrived promptly. I use it in the car. We are on the road a lot and it really helps relieve the pressure on my tailbone. It doesn't eliminate the pain and discomfort but it makes it a lot less painful.

I took a desk job where I am sitting most of the day. Over a year's time I developed crippling lower back pain which was at it's worst in the morning so I originally thought it was my mattress. Long story short, placing this wedge pillow on my chair at work was like someone flipped a switch shutting off the pain. With in a week I could move, bend, squat, lean, whatever. Truly an effective product I would highly recommend for anyone experiencing what I did. The price here was half of what I saw everywhere else. Delivery was quick. Overall an excellent experience. Criticism: One side of the pillow is vinyl (looks like black leather)and the other side is blue cloth. I suppose some one thought that this design would blend better with both leather and cloth chairs in offices. Sounds like a good way to simplify ordering and inventory. BUT, I don't want to sit on black vinyl because it is non pourus and squeaks. If I flip the pillow cloth side up, now I have the vinyl side sliding all over my cloth chair. I have learned to reach between my legs and hold the pillow in position as I sit down which only invites more comments from my "helpful" co-workers. I wish there was an all cloth pillow at the same price. But the back pain...GONE! :-)
