Hernia Belt

This hernia belt was perfect for resolving my inguinal hernia during the two weeks preceding my laparoscopic hernia operation. Without the belt I could not stand for very long, but with it I was able to hike five miles. My only regret was not specifying expedited shipping thereby requiring me to wait over a weekend for its delivery. Also, I highly recommend the laparoscopic surgery -- I walked one mile two days after the operation, and three miles on the fourth day. Total recovery period is two weeks versus the six weeks for the open incision surgery.
