Adjustable Folding Seat Cane

This seat cane is "just what he doctor ordered" figuratively speaking. I have back problems that cause intermittent sever pain in my legs. It forces me to have to sit for a moment or two before I can walk again. Thanks to the this Seat Cane I am now able to get on with things and when the pain hits, I simply open my seat, sit for a moment then fold it and get on my way. It is very light, adjusted easily to a good sitting height for me, and the handle rests comfortably on my arm when I am walking. The value of this Seat Cane cannot be measured in dollars -- it made me mobile again.

I purchased this cane seat for a gentleman with severe stenosis in his back. The intent is for him to use it when walking or when at a museum, etc. I cannot say how well it works because he has not used it yet. However, we are both pleased with the weight (not too heavy) and the seat which is 2 inches wider than most of them (10" instead of 8")as this is a man who weighs about 215 lbs. (maximum weight for the product is 225)The one glitch might be that it is a little sticky to push the seat back up to flat position after sitting on it. Remains to be seen.
